Cancellation options
Each activity has its own cancellation policy set by the provider. You can find the cancellation policy on the activity page before booking.
How to cancel your booking
Go to Trips
Navigate to your account and select "My bookings" to view all your upcoming activities.
Select the activity
Click on the activity you want to cancel to view the details and cancellation options.
Cancel or modify
Click "Cancel booking" or "Modify booking" and follow the steps. You'll see your refund amount before confirming.
Understanding cancellation policies
Activity providers choose from these cancellation policies:
Flexible
Cancel up to 24 hours before the activity starts for a full refund.
Full refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before start time
No refund: Cancel less than 24 hours before start time
Moderate
Cancel up to 5 days before the activity starts for a full refund.
Full refund: Cancel at least 5 days before start date
50% refund: Cancel 2-4 days before start date
No refund: Cancel less than 2 days before start date
Strict
Cancel up to 7 days before the activity starts for a full refund.
Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before start date
50% refund: Cancel 3-6 days before start date
No refund: Cancel less than 3 days before start date
Important information
Refunds
All refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy selected by the provider. The full booking amount is refunded when you receive a full refund.
Provider cancellations
If a provider cancels your booking, you'll automatically receive a full refund of your booking amount. We'll notify you immediately and help you find similar activities.
Special circumstances
In cases of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, contact us at support@betterschool.com and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
