What We Expect
✓ Be Respectful
Treat others with kindness, patience, and understanding. Respect different perspectives, backgrounds, and learning styles. Use appropriate language and maintain professional conduct.
✓ Be Honest & Authentic
Provide accurate information in your profile, listings, and communications. Be truthful about your qualifications, experience, and what attendees can expect from activities.
✓ Prioritize Safety
Follow all safety protocols, supervision requirements, and age-appropriate practices. Report any safety concerns immediately. Maintain appropriate boundaries with children.
✓ Communicate Clearly
Respond promptly to messages and questions. Provide clear details about your activities, requirements, and policies. Be transparent about changes or cancellations.
✓ Respect Privacy
Protect personal information and don't share photos or details about children without parental consent. Follow all data privacy requirements.
What We Don't Allow
Zero Tolerance Violations
The following violations result in immediate account suspension or termination:
✗ Harm to Children
Any behavior that endangers, exploits, or harms children in any way. This includes physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, or inappropriate content.
✗ Discrimination & Hate
Discrimination, harassment, or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
✗ Fraud & Deception
Fake credentials, misleading event descriptions, unauthorized charges, or any deceptive practices. This includes impersonating others or providing false information.
✗ Violence & Threats
Threats of violence, actual violence, or promotion of dangerous activities. Events that encourage illegal behavior or substance abuse.
✗ Spam & Manipulation
Fake reviews, spam messages, attempts to manipulate rankings, or using the platform for purposes other than legitimate educational activities.
✗ Off-Platform Transactions
Attempting to circumvent BetterSchool by conducting transactions outside the platform. All bookings must go through our secure payment system.
Enforcement & Consequences
We take violations seriously and investigate all reports thoroughly. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, consequences may include:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning and education
- Content Removal: Removal of violating content, listings, or reviews
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account privileges
- Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious violations
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
How to Report Violations
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

- • In emergencies: Always call 911 first
